How to buy a Countess home office in 10 easy steps.

Once you’ve decided to go ahead and have a new home office fitted, Countess will take care of all the little details that will help to create your dream.

Our hassle-free project management will take you from your first ideas to the final ready-to-use product.

Step 1

Visit our showroom in Bamber Bridge where we have an exciting range of home office displays for you to choose from. We’ll also discuss your budget with you while you browse.

Step 2

You’ve seen something you like and your budget is decided. Now we’ll arrange a visit to your home, where we’ll measure up and offer a few suggestions about what might work best in the space available.

Step 3

Next we’ll build a CAD model of your room which will produce photographic-quality images of your office-to-be. You’ll be able to view the room from every angle to get a good idea of how it will look when finished.

Step 4

Now we’ll invite you back to our design studio where together we will play around with styles, decor and details using our CAD technology. This will ensure that we get your office design just right before any products are ordered.

Step 5

Once you’re completely happy with the design, we’ll provide you with a fully itemised costing, which will include everything from desks to drawers. No hidden extras.

Step 6

Once the details are finalised and your deposit has been paid, our next step is to provide you with an itemised fitting schedule so you’ll know exactly what’s happening when.

We’re covered by KBSA Consumer Care Plus warranty which means that your money is protected and the work is guaranteed to be carried out.

Step 7

The technical survey. This is a second home visit where we’ll double check specifications and confirm sizes before manufacture of any bespoke products. We’ll explain the logistics of the job and what to expect before ordering the products.

Step 8

The products arrive and we’ll confirm delivery with you before arranging a start date. Once the work starts, our installer will take over the entire management of the project to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Step 9

Work begins. We have a highly-polished operation and once you have the start date we are confident of delivering your finished room within two working weeks, with the minimum of disruption.

Our highly-experienced team will work towards finishing the job on time to the high standards expected by our customers.

Step 10

Once the work is completed, your office will be left clean, tidy and ready to use. Our installer will answer any questions you may have and then we’ll leave you to get on with your next exciting work project in comfort!
